RETURN POLICY: FAN CAN HAND(R) is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt of the order. Please enclose the original packing slip with the return, indicating on the reverse side the reason for the return. If you do not have the original packing slip please include your order number.

If an order is sent out damaged or defective, we will assume any charges necessary to replace the item. We will issue a call tag to pick up the item, or supply you with an account number to return it while shipping out the replacement.
